Jariet is leading the industry in direct RF-sampling of the common satellite bands from VHF to Ka.   The integrated ultra-high speed ADCs, DACs, and PLL/VCOs provide the range and bandwidth necessary to cover more bands than any other approach in a single chip.   The technology can be configured with a common internally-generated clock rate frequency for both ADC and DAC to receive the uplink band ~30GHz while transmitting in the downlink band ~20GHz full duplex and multi-channel.  With RF range down to 100MHz, many other satellite bands can be supported for telemetry, navigation and communications.

The integrated DFE (digital front-end) provides the necessary up/down conversion to provide a manageable IQ interface rate to the baseband FPGA.  By reconfiguring the DFE, bandwidths (IBW) and carrier bands can be adjusted in milliseconds.
