Charles Harper is the President and CEO. Previously he served positions at Semtech as Senior Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer and Senior Vice President for the Strategy and Systems Innovation Group. Charles was CEO and Co-Founder of Sierra Monolithics from 1988 and Executive Chairman in 2002 until it was acquired by Semtech in 2009. Prior to founding Sierra Monolithics, he served as Manager of Advanced Technology Development at Magnavox, Director of Business Planning at Mattel, Assistant Director of Management Services at Lear Sieger, and several engineering and executive management positions at the Garrett/Allied Signal Corporation.  Charles serves on a number of boards and councils including the California Council on Science and Technology, University of Southern California EE Advisory Council, Council of the University of Southern California Integrated Media Systems Center, and the MIT Sloan School Dean Advisory Council.  Charles received his Bachelor of Science (BS) Degree in Electrical Engineering from Tennessee State University, Masters of Science (MS) Degree in Management from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and was a PhD Candidate in Marketing and Economics at the University of California (UCLA).

Craig Hornbuckle is the Chief Technology Officer and was a co-founder of Jariet in 2015.   With over 40 years of experience in communication system architecture, IC development, and SoC design, he specializes in highly integrated RF communication, RADAR, fiber optic, and EW systems for terrestrial, avionic, and satellite applications.  Craig has led the introduction of direct-RF sampling of microwave and millimeterwave RF signals through the development of high speed data converters in 12nm FinFET CMOS. These data converters have enabled software defined transmit and receive at ultra-high frequencies, and have been used in agile digital phase arrays, electronic warfare systems and satellite communications. 

Emeka Chukwu is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, bringing decades of experience in Finance to Jariet.  Prior to joining, Emeka served as Executive Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer at Semtech, a high performance semiconductor, IoT and cloud connectivity service provider, where he worked for 17 years.  He also worked in various financial positions including Vice President of Finance at analog semiconductor companies Intersil and Elantec (later acquired by Renesas).

Mark Ireland is the Executive Vice President of Marketing and Business Development with responsibility for leading global sales, marketing, product management, business development, strategic partnerships, and application engineering.  Mark served as Vice President of Ecosystem and Design Solutions and Vice President of Strategy and Business Development at GlobalFoundries.  He held numerous senior executive management positions at IBM Microelectronics over a 31 year IBM career working in Division Strategy, ASIC/RF business units and the Common Platform manufacturing alliance.  Mark served as a board member of the Global Semiconductor Alliance from 2009-2015, and was a founding member of Linaro, the SOI Industry Consortium and Power.org.

Dr. Scott Powell is the Executive Vice President of Digital Architecture, with over 35 years of experience in the semiconductor industry leading cutting edge design teams in all aspects of complex DSP, communications systems, and high speed mixed-signal ASIC design.  He has over 60 patents issued and pending and been published or presented on dozens of occasions.    He was Senior Director of the Ethernet PHY group at Broadcom and Vice President of Engineering at ClariPhy (Marvell).
